Round Lab Mugwort Calming Toner is a watery toner that contains extracts of mugwort and madecassoside to moisturize and soothe skin. It also contains panthenol to enhance soothing abilities, as well as Vitamin A, B and Beta-Carotene to reduce stress on the skin from external factors.
Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or directly onto your palms. Gently pat over face along the skin texture until fully absorbed.
