Description
This toner helps condition the skin and prepares it for optimal absorption of products along with instant moisturization. Hypoallergenic and safer for sensitive skin, this toner contains fermented black rice extracts (2,000ppm) that restore elasticity to the skin while providing hydration and alleviating tightness in the inner layer.
How To Use
After washing your face, wet a cotton pad with toner and apply evenly across the face. Pat it into your skin to fully absorb it.
Note: It is recommended that you do a patch test before using any new products.
