This lightweight, ultra-fine toner contains 90% astragalus membranaceus root extract, which helps to replenish moisture into skin. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it hydrated and supple.

How To Use

After cleansing, apply essence toner with a cotton pad to the face
